The most common cause of clogged pores is insufficient cleansing or exfoliation, especially if your skin is oily. Excess oil and dead skin cells that are not properly removed can plug up your pores. This can result in your skin producing too much sebum (to compensate for lack of oil), which can cause clogged pores.

Salicylic Acid helps dislodge dirt, oil, and debris from deep within the pores, while Bamboo Charcoal acts like a ‘magnet’ to draw out impurities from the pores.
