How to Use

How To Use:
For Heat Therapy: Place the body wrap in a clean microwave and heat in 30 second intervals and up to 2 minutes or until the desired warmth is achieved. It should feel warm (but not hot) to the touch. Always test the temperature before using and never leave it unattended in the microwave.

To Wash:
Remove the body wrap cover and machine wash it in cold water. Do not wash or get the herb pack wet.
